终身化教育驱动下知识信息吸纳的#br# 过程、结构、要素及保障措施研究#br#

摘要: 【目的/意义】大数据、人工智能(AI)、5G网络等信息科学技术为前沿的新一轮技术变革加速了知识更替,
教育终身化理念已成为大众普遍认同的知识获取模式。深入分析受教育者的信息吸纳过程和结构,挖掘其吸纳效
率的影响要素,对高技术应用、社会教育水平提升及教育信息化发展均具有重要现实意义。【方法/过程】本文将从
终身教育驱动下的需求-供给关系对应的动态、多维、网络系统进行作用过程及结构分析,并通过灰色关联分析量
化受教育者对知识信息吸纳效率的关键影响因素,从而针对性地提出终身化教育主体助力知识信息吸纳效率提升
的关键要素。【结果/结论】结合研究结论,提出了终身化教育过程中促进知识信息吸纳效率的相应保障措施。【创新/
局限】从教育终身化的创新性视角,分析教育网络平台与受教育者之间知识信息吸纳过程及网络结构,并通过灰色
关联分析量化了影响受教育者知识信息吸纳的关键因素,为教育信息化发展提供了新思路。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】A new round of technological change with Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), 5G network and oth?
er S&T as the frontier has accelerated the replacement of knowledge, so the concept of lifelong education has become a generally ac?
cepted mode of knowledge acquisition.In-depth analysis of the information absorption process and structure of the education and dig?
ging out the influencing factors of its absorption efficiency have important practical significance for the application of high technology,
the improvement of the level of social education and the development of educational information.【Method/process】This article ana?
lyzed the dynamic, multi-dimensional, and network relationships corresponding to the demand-supply relationship driven by lifelong
education, and also classified the key factors affecting the efficiency of knowledge and information absorption by Gray Correlation
Analysis. In this way, the key factors for improving the efficiency of knowledge and information absorption by lifelong education sub?
jects is identified.【Result/conclusions】Combined with the research conclusions, the corresponding guarantee measurements to pro?
mote the efficiency of knowledge and information absorption in the process of lifelong education were proposed.【Innovation/limitation】From the innovative perspective of lifelong education, the process and network structure of knowledge and information absorption be? tween the education network platform and the educated are analyzed, and the key factors affecting the knowledge and information ab? sorption of the educated are quantified through grey relational analysis. It provides new ideas for the development of education informa? tization.
