跨文化传播舆情管理知识图谱构建

摘要: 【目的/意义】本文旨在构建跨文化传播舆情管理知识图谱,了解当前发文趋势,作者和机构合作及贡献,研 究现状和热点以及中英文文献呈现出来的不同话题和研究前沿。【方法/过程】基于文献计量分析方法,对161篇来 国内外的核心文献进行解读,通过可视化方法构建了发文趋势图,作者和机构合作,关键词聚类分析和凸现分析知 识图谱。【结果/结论】在跨文化传播舆情管理的研究领域,我国具有较大的研究空间,即需要通过加强国内外的合 作网络来形成并加强该领域的中心引领机构,并借此推动该领域与大数据结合方面更深层次的研究发展和更丰富 的学术成果产出。【创新/局限】本文鼓励未来继续关注国际议题,尤其是积极利用大数据和人工智能技术加强舆论 引导,树立和培养大学生正确的跨文化传播价值观,提升国家形象的同时做好舆情管理工作。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】This study endeavors to construct a comprehensive knowledge map in the domains of cross-cultural communication and public opinion management. It aims to illuminate the current publication trends, delineate the collaborative efforts and contributions of authors and institutions, and identify the prevailing research status, emerging hotspots, and the thematic variances and research frontiers within both Chinese and English academic literatures.【Method/process】Employing bibliometric analysis as the foundational methodological approach, this research meticulously interprets 161 core documents sourced globally. It leverages visual⁃ ization techniques to create a publication trend chart and develops a knowledge map through the analysis of author and institutional collaborations, keyword clustering, and prominence evaluation.【Result/conclusion】In the research field of cross-cultural communica⁃ tion of public opinion management, China has a great research space. That is, the field needs to form and strengthen the central lead⁃ ing institutions in the field by strengthening the domestic and foreign cooperation networks, and to promote the deeper research devel⁃ opment and richer academic output in the field of integration with big data.【Innovation/limitation】This paper encourages students to continue to pay attention to international issues in the future, especially to actively use big data and artificial intelligence technology to strengthen public opinion guidance, establish and cultivate college students' correct cross-cultural communication values, improve the national image and do a good job in public opinion management.
