学者学术话语权的关键影响因素识别与作用机理分析

摘要:

【目的/意义】学者是学术话语权的主要行为者,识别和分析学者学术话语权的关键影响因素和作用机理,
对于我国学术理论的创新、学术思想的传播以及国际学术话语权的增强均有重要意义。【方法/过程】文章结合定性
综合集成方法和知识流动机制构建了涵盖学者学术生产力、学者学术传播力、学者学术影响力、学者学术引领力等
4个维度共 25项影响因素的学者学术话语权影响因素模型,并采用 DEMATEL 方法识别和分析了关键影响因素。
【结论/结果】研究表明:①学者学术话语权的各影响因素之间存在相互影响和共同作用,进而形成了一个复杂的网
络系统;②发表各类论文、立项课题基金等14项影响因素均为学者学术话语权的关键影响因素;③提升学者学术话
语权应从继续加强科研产出、完善科教评价体系等方面入手。【创新/局限】文章采用定性与定量相结合的方法,系
统全面地分析了学者学术话语权影响因素之间的相互作用,揭示了其中的关键影响因素及其作用机理。下一步将
从专家样本选取和专家意见处理方式等方面做进一步探索优化。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】 Scholars are the main actors of academic discourse power. It is of great significance to identify and
analyze the key influencing factors and mechanism of scholars' academic discourse power for the innovation of Chinese academic
theory, the dissemination of academic thoughts, and the enhancement of international academic discourse power.【Method/process】
This paper combines the qualitative meta-synthesis and knowledge flow mechanism to construct a model of influencing factors of
scholars' academic discourse power covering four dimensions of scholars' academic production power, scholars' academic communica⁃
tion power, scholars' academic influencing power, and scholars' academic leading power, with a total of 25 influencing factors, and
uses the DEMATEL method to identify and analyze the key influencing factors.【Result/conclusion】 The research shows that: ①There
are mutual influence and joint action among the influencing factors of scholars' academic discourse power, thus forming a complex net⁃
work system. ②14 influencing factors, such as publishing various papers and getting project fund, are the key influencing factors of
scholars' academic discourse power. ③To enhance the academic discourse power of scholars, we should continue to strengthen scien⁃
tific research output, improve the evaluation system of science and education, and other measures.【Innovation/limitation】 The paper
adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the interactions systematically and comprehensively among the
factors influencing scholars' academic discourse power, and reveal the key influencing factors and their mechanisms of action. The next
step will be to further explore the optimization from the selection of expert samples and expert opinion processing methods.
