老年人数字信息生态适应能力影响因素研究

摘要:

【 目的/意义】 构建老年人数字信息生态适应能力影响因素层次结构模型,丰富数字信息适老相关研究,为 数字信息适老政策的制定与完善提供理论指导。【方法/过程】 通过文献分析与两轮专家调查,提炼出 24个老年人 数字信息生态适应能力影响因素,运用解释结构模型和 MICMAC方法辅助建模,确定影响因素的层次关系,并对 影响因素的作用机理进行了分析。【结果/结论】老年人数字信息生态适应能力影响因素可归纳为表层—依赖因素、 中层—联系因素和深层—驱动因素 3个层次,其中,表层—依赖因素 9个,中层—联系因素 8个,深层—驱动因素 7个。【创新/局限】研究揭示了老年人数字信息生态适应能力影响因素的相互关系与影响机理,未对影响因素之间的 作用强度进行定量分析。

Abstract: 【 Purpose/significance】 In order to advance the study of digital information adaptive aging and to provide theoretical guid⁃ ance for the development and improvement of digital information adaptive policies, a hierarchical model of the factors influencing se⁃ nior citizens′ adaptative capacity for digital information ecology has been created.【Method/process】 Through literature analysis and two rounds of expert surveys, 24 factors that affect older people′s ability to adapt to digital information ecology are extracted. The ex⁃ planatory structural model and MICMAC method are used to support modeling, identify the hierarchical relationships of the influence factors and analyze the mechanisms of their effects.【 Result/conclusion】 The factors influencing older people′s digital information ecoadaptation can be divided into three categories: surface-dependent factors, middle-linked factors, and deep-driven factors. There are nine surface-dependent factors, eight middle-linked factors and seven deep-driven factors. 【Innovation/limitation】 The study de⁃ scribes the interactions and influencing mechanisms of the factors impacting senior citizens′ ability to adapt to digital information ecol⁃ ogy, no quantitative analysis of the strength of the effects between the influencing factors is carried out.
