数字经济下旅游商务网站信息生态链运行机制 对用户感知的影响研究

摘要: 【 目的/意义】技术接受模型中明确提到影响用户感知的外部变量包括信息系统设计的特征,数字经济下旅 游商务网站信息生态链运行规则与规律(即机制)发生着变化,分析新的运行机制对用户信息服务感知的影响,可 以揭示数字经济下旅游商务网站提升用户体验的过程与原理,为旅游生态性服务建设提供理论依据。【方法/过程】 结合已有研究,分析了数字经济下旅游商务网站信息生态链的结构,从而得到其运行机制内容,基于技术接受模 型,使用结构方程模型验证了运行机制与用户感知之间的关系。【结果/结论】生态链中的个性化推荐机制和服务优 化机制直接提高了用户的感知易用性,引导消费机制直接提高了用户的感知有用性。旅游商务网站应该完善自身 的双向沟通机制,消费激励机制并提高对用户反馈信息利用的颗粒度。【创新/局限】从信息生态链的全局出发,将 目光聚焦在用户感知上,为信息生态领域提供新的研究视角,但研究要素还有待进一步拓展。

Abstract: 【 Purpose/significance】 It is clearly mentioned in the technology acceptance model that the external variables affecting user perception include the characteristics of information system design. The operation rules and laws (and mechanisms) of the information ecological chain of tourism commerce websites are changing under the digital economy. It can reveal the process and principle of tour⁃ ism business websites to improve user experience under the digital economy, and provide theoretical basis for the construction of tour⁃ ism ecological service.【 Method/process】 Combined with the existing studies, the structure of the information ecological chain of tour⁃ ism business websites under the digital economy is analyzed, so as to obtain the content of its operation mechanism. Based on the tech⁃ nology acceptance model, the relationship between the operation mechanism and user perception is verified by the structural equation model. 【Result/conclusion】 The personalized recommendation mechanism and service optimization mechanism in the ecological chain directly improved the perceived usability of users, and the guiding consumption mechanism directly improved the perceived use⁃ fulness of users. Tourism business websites should improve their two-way communication mechanism, consumption incentive mecha⁃ nism and improve the granularity of the use of user feedback information.【 Innovation/limitation】 From the overall information ecologi⁃ cal chain, focus on the user perception, to provide a new research perspective for the field of information ecology, research elements need to be further expanded.
