Government response effectiveness, online rumor status, and moral binding force are the key factors affecting the emotional experience of social media users, which should be paid more attention to.【 Innovation/limitation】From the per⁃ spective of the user′s procedural experience, this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of public opinion information ecology on the user′s emotional experience.
