社交新媒体信息内容创新及舆论信息引导模式研究

摘要: 【 目的/意义】社交新媒体为用户提供了全域社交和信息交互的新平台。为保障社交新媒体高质量发展,传 播社会主义核心价值观,社交新媒体信息内容创新及舆论信息引导模式研究至关重要。【方法/过程】基于信息管理 理论和舆论引导理论结合社交新媒体信息内容创新,析出了影响社交新媒体信息内容创新的因素,并构建了社交 新媒体舆论信息引导模式。【结果/结论】影响社交新媒体信息内容创新的主要因素有信息主体、信息客体、信息生 态和信息技术。舆论信息引导范畴包括信息主体的协同自律引导、信息客体的服务创新引导、信息生态的安全文 明引导和信息技术的共创共享引导,并提出了价值引领、平台驱动、共建共治三种舆论信息引导路径。【创新/局限】 分析了社交新媒体信息内容创新及舆论信息引导的整体框架,对用户间信息交互和信息共创还需进一步研究。

Abstract:

【 Purpose/significance】New social media provides users with a new platform for global social interaction and information in⁃ teraction. In order to ensure the high-quality development of social new media and spread the core values of socialism, the innovation of social new media information content and the research on the guidance mode of public opinion information are very important.【Method/process】Based on information management theory and public opinion guidance theory combined with social new media infor⁃ mation content innovation, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the innovation of social new media information content and con⁃ structs a public opinion information guidance model for social new media【. Result/conclusion】The main factors affecting the innovation of social new media information content include information subject, information object, information ecology, and information technol⁃ ogy. The scope of public opinion information guidance includes the collaborative and self-discipline guidance of information subjects, the service innovation guidance of information objects, the security and civilization guidance of information ecology, and the co cre⁃ ation and sharing guidance of information technology. Three public opinion information guidance paths are proposed, including value guidance, platform driven, and co construction and co governance.【 Innovation/limitation】This paper analyzes the overall framework of social new media information content innovation and public opinion information guidance, and further research is needed on informa⁃ tion interaction and information co-creation between users.
