基于多模态情感分析的图书馆智能服务用户情感体验度量

摘要: 【目的/意义】通过多模态情感分析准确度量图书馆智能服务的用户情感体验,为图书馆智能化转型提出可 行性对策建议。【方法/过程】综合应用注意力机制和LSTM算法构建融合文本、语音、表情特征的多模态情感分析模 型,并通过MOSI数据集验证模型的有效性,在此基础上,以武汉大学图书馆机器人智能问答服务为实证对象,进行 用户情感体验度量。【结果/结论】应用多模态情感分析模型可以全面、准确地度量用户情感体验,并有效揭示影响 用户情感体验的关键因素,从而为图书馆智能服务的情感化设计与体验优化提供重要依据。【创新/局限】提出一种 基于多模态情感分析的图书馆用户情感体验度量方法,为图书馆准确评估数智化环境下的用户情感体验提供了新 的思路。未来研究可以融合更多模态特征进一步提高情感分析模型的性能,并面向更多领域的智能化服务展开实 证研究。

Abstract: 【 Purpose/significance】This paper accurately measures the user emotional experience of library intelligent service through multimodal emotional analysis, and propose feasible countermeasures and suggestions for library intelligent transformation.【Method/ process】The attention mechanism and LSTM algorithm are comprehensively applied to build a multimodal emotion analysis model in⁃ tegrating text, voice and expression features, and the validity of the model is verified through MOSI open data set. On this basis, the ro⁃ bot intelligent question answering service of Wuhan University Library is taken as the empirical object to measure the user′s emotional experience【. Result/conclusion】The application of multimodal emotional analysis model can comprehensively and accurately measure users′ emotional experience, and reveal the key factors affecting users′ emotional experience effectively, thus providing an important basis for emotional design and experience optimization of library intelligent services【. Innovation/limitation】This paper proposes a mea⁃ surement method of emotional experience of library intelligent service users based on multimodal emotional analysis, which provides a new idea for the library to accurately evaluate the user emotional experience under the digital intelligent environment. Future research can integrate more modal features to further improve the performance of the emotion analysis model, and conduct empirical research in more intelligent service applications.
