基于在线评论的非遗纪录片受众需求事理图谱构建研究

摘要: 【 目的/意义】非遗纪录片以生动、真实的形式展示优秀传统文化。对受众观看纪录片后的在线评论内容进 行分析,挖掘潜在的受众需求,为非遗纪录片的受众行为研究提供参考。【方法/过程】以非遗纪录片《我在故宫修文 物》为研究对象,首先采集B站用户热门评论并对数据进行预处理,然后基于因果规则模板识别和抽取评论中的因 果事件对,再调用LDA模型进行主题聚类,基于使用与满足理论归纳聚类结果,最后借助Gephi工具进行图谱可视 化。【结果/结论】受众观看纪录片主要有知识获取、审美接受、情感共鸣及自我实现等需求;受众需求的满足具有严 密的因果逻辑关系,且不同需求表现出不同的特征。【创新/局限】基于用户评论内容分析非遗纪录片受众需求,拓 展了事理图谱的应用范围。鉴于个案研究的局限性,后期仍需扩大非遗视频评论语料库。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】 Intangible cultural heritage documentaries display excellent traditional culture in a vivid and au⁃ thentic form, analyze the content of online comment after watching the documentary, explore the potential audience demand, and pro⁃ vide reference for the research on the audience behavior of intangible cultural heritage documentaries.【 Method/process】 Taking the intangible cultural heritage documentary "Masters in Forbidden City" as the research object, this study firstly collect comments from bilibili website and preprocess the comment data, then identify and extract causal event pairs in the comments based on the causal rule template, then invoke the LDA model for theme clustering, and summarize the clustering results based on the use and satisfaction theory. Finally, the Gephi tool is used to visualize the event logic graph. 【Result/conclusion】 The results show that the audience mainly have four needs, including knowledge acquisition, aesthetic acceptance, emotional resonance and self-realization. The satisfac⁃ tion of audience needs has a strict causal logic relationship, and different needs show different characteristics.【 Innovation/limitation】 Based on the comment content, the audience needs are analyzed, and the application of the event graph is expanded. In view of the limitations of case studies, it is still necessary to expand the intangible cultural heritage video comment corpus in the future.
