Abstract: 【 Purpose/significance】 Multi coupling resource portraits to the open platform of public cultural data under crisis situations will help to deeply understand the core distribution laws and make contributions to cultural security layout planning. 【Method/pro⁃ cess】 Taking events such as the "Russia Ukraine War Conflict" as an example, a comprehensive indicator system was established based on the platform content. Through processes such as insensitive variable filtering and constraint analysis, resource coupling judg⁃ ment was achieved, and resources were further divided into seven types from G0 to G6. After processing the associated data, labels were designed, and five types of profiles were obtained through DBSCAN clustering and violent stacking, including mutation, replace⁃ ment, impact, stability, and iteration, based on this, the distribution characteristics of platform resources are presented.【 Result/conclu⁃ sion】 Empirical evidence shows that the model proposed in this paper can effectively generate multiple coupled resource diversity pro⁃ files, among which mutation, replacement, and impact profiles are associated with weaker resource security situations, while stable and iterative profiles are relatively solid. 【Innovation/limitation】 The research has constructed a multi-coupling resource portrait imple⁃ mentation and its expansion methods, but the amount of empirical data needs to be increased. In the future, more cases can be intro⁃ duced for cross-situational applications.
