社会化问答社区中问题受关注程度影响因素研究

摘要: 【 目的/意义】本文探究社会化问答社区中问题受关注程度的影响因素,研究结论可为问答社区的管理与运 营提供参考。【方法/过程】本文以社会化问答社区MetaFilter为研究对象,首先解析了社区的全量结构化历史数据, 从参与用户和问题内容两个维度,分析用户行为及问题内容的潜在特征,其次选取多维度特征变量作为自变量,以 回答频次表示的受关注程度作为因变量,最后运用负二项回归方法对模型整体有效性进行分析(模型似然比检验) 进而揭示问题受关注程度的影响因素。【结果/结论】实验结果表明:处于社交网络核心位置的用户在非工作时段所 提问题更易得到关注。问题表述字符越短、涉及主题越少、可读性越强、表述情感极性越强(尤其负向情感),越易 获得关注。与预期相反的是,问题的标签热度和版面可见长度对问题受关注程度的影响不明显。【创新/局限】本研 究从参与用户和问题内容层面,构建动态社交网络和标签语义网络,进一步揭示了问题受关注程度的影响因素。

Abstract:

【 Purpose/significance】 This paper explores the factors that affect the degree of attention to the questions in the social Q&A community. The research conclusions can provide reference for the management and operation of the Q&A community【. Method/pro⁃ cess】This paper takes MetaFilter, a social Q&A community, as the research object, and firstly analyzes the full amount of structured historical data of the community, from two dimensions: community users and question content, analyzes user behavior characteristics and question content characteristics, secondly selects multidimensional feature variables as independent variables and question re⁃ sponse frequency indicating popularity as dependent variables, and finally uses the negative binomial regression method to determine the influencing factors of question popularity by analyzing the overall validity of the model (Likelihood Ratio Test)【. Result/conclusion】
The results of the experiment showed that users who have a high degree of centrality in social networks and raise questions during non work hours are more likely to gain the attention. The shorter the text length of the question itself, the fewer topics it contains, the more readable it is, and the more polarized the sentiment expressed (especially negative sentiment), the more likely it is to receive attention. Contrary to expectations, the tag popularity of question and the visible length of the layout have no significant influence on the atten⁃ tion degree of the question.【Innovation/limitation】This study constructs dynamic social networks and tag semantic networks at the level of users and question content to further reveal the factors influencing the popularity of questions raised by users.
