基于妇科疾病知识图谱的分面检索系统模型构建研究

摘要: 【 目的/意义】针对网络健康社区与网络诊疗平台中用户健康信息知识化需求高、信息内容繁多、组织缺乏 合理性、应用范围窄等现状,在构建适应于资源特征与用户需求特征的妇科疾病知识图谱的基础上,设计分面检索 系统模型,以帮助妇女在隐私疾病搜索方面提供自主选择和需求发现途径。【方法/过程】通过妇科疾病知识化需求 调研,提出妇科疾病知识图谱顶层构建框架,在分析知识图谱中实体类型、实体间关系类型的基础上,按照知识抽 取、知识融合、知识存储与可视化的步骤,构建面向妇科疾病的知识图谱,并构建结合明确病情、诊断治疗、自我管 理等范畴在内的分面体系,结合用户需求,动态展现分面结果。【结果/结论】基于盆腔炎知识图谱情境,以39健康网 为例进行分面体系构建,并进行原型展示与对比分析,验证了模型的可行性与效果,为改善现有网络健康社区分面 体系提供参考。【创新/局限】缺乏大规模、多情境下的比较分析。

Abstract: 【 Purpose/significance】 Aiming at the current situation of high demand for knowledge of users health information, various in⁃ formation contents, lack of rationality of organization and narrow application scope in online health community and online diagnosis and treatment platform, on the basis of constructing a knowledge graph of gynecological diseases that is suitable for resource character⁃ istics and user demand characteristics, a faceted retrieval system model is designed to help women provide independent choices and demand discovery pathways in private disease search. 【Method/process】 Through the research on knowledge needs of gynecological diseases, the top-level construction framework of the knowledge graph of gynecological diseases is proposed, based on the analysis of the entity types and relationship types among entities in the knowledge graph, the knowledge graph for gynecological diseases is con⁃ structed according to the steps of knowledge extraction, knowledge fusion, knowledge storage and visualization, and a faceted system is constructed, which combines the definition of disease condition, diagnosis and treatment, self-management and other categories, trying to dynamically display the faceted results in combination with the needs of users.【 Result/conclusion】 Based on the situation of pelvic inflammatory disease knowledge graph, taking 39. net as an example to carry out faceted system, and prototype demonstrations and comparative analysis were conducted to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model, providing reference for improving the exist⁃ ing faceted system for online health communities.【 Innovation/limitation】 Lack of comparative analysis in large-scale and multi sce⁃ narios.
