剽窃意识和剽窃检测工具对科研人员剽窃行为的影响研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】在学术资源极大丰富的当下,学术界剽窃威胁着全世界的科研质量和职业道德。【方法、过程】
本研究构建了剽窃意识、剽窃检测工具的影响以及防止剽窃所采取行动的结构方程模型,以140名科研人员的问卷
调查数据进行模型拟合度检验、路径分析与中介效应检验。【结果/结论】研究结果表明,剽窃意识不会对研究人员
的自主剽窃行为产生影响关系,剽窃意识对使用剽窃检测工具有一定的积极影响关系,而剽窃检测工具又对剽窃
行为有显著正向影响关系,同时中介效应检验表明剽窃意识可以通过剽窃检测工具间接影响剽窃行为。因此,教
导、影响和惩罚结合起来可有效地预防和规范剽窃行为。【创新/局限】目前国内关于几乎没有实证研究剽窃意识和
剽窃检测工具对剽窃行为问题的研究报告,本研究不仅将提供有关剽窃意识的有益见解,而且也有助于相关部门
制定相关政策,并采取必要措施打击科学研究中的剽窃行为。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】when academic resources are extremely rich, academic plagiarism threatens the quality of scientific
research and professional ethics around the world.【Method/process】This study constructed a structural equation model of plagiarism awareness, the impact of plagiarism detection tools and the actions taken to prevent plagiarism. The model fit test, path analysis and in⁃termediary effect test were conducted with the questionnaire data of 140 scientific researchers.【Result/conclusion】The research re⁃sults show that plagiarism awareness will not have an impact on the independent plagiarism behavior of researchers, and plagiarism awareness has a positive impact on the use of plagiarism detection tools, while plagiarism detection tools have a significant positive im⁃pact on plagiarism behavior. At the same time, the intermediary effect test shows that plagiarism awareness can indirectly affect plagia⁃rism behavior through plagiarism detection tools. Therefore, the combination of teaching, influence and punishment can effectively pre⁃vent and regulate plagiarism..【Innovation/limitation】At present, there are few domestic research reports on the problem of plagiarism through empirical research on plagiarism awareness and plagiarism detection tools. This study will not only provide useful insights on plagiarism awareness, but also help relevant departments formulate relevant policies and take necessary measures to combat plagia⁃rism in scientific research.
