企业用户标准情报需求层次体系构建研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】当前,我国标准情报需求的研究仅局限于标准文献需求的分析,对用户标准情报需求的理解
不全面、不深刻,不利于标准情报服务整体规划。本研究深刻分析了企业用户对标准情报的需求,并构建了需求层
次体系。【方法/过程】本研究以企业用户的问卷调查结果为数据源,基于 KANO 模型和 Better-Worse 系数进行分
析,划分了企业用户标准情报需求类型和层次。此外,根据领导型企业和追随型企业的需求差异分析其动机。最
后,根据企业需求层次,结合需求内容和需求动机,构建了企业用户需求层次体系。【结果/结论】研究发现,我国标
准情报服务需求可划分为必备型、期望型和魅力型三个层次,分别对应基本要求、工作支撑和技术创新三个层次的
动机,以及文献服务和信息服务、知识服务、智慧服务和智库服务三个层次的服务内容。【创新/局限】本研究将
KANO模型运用于企业用户的标准情报需求分析中,并首次提出了标准情报需求层次体系。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】 At present, the research on the demand for standards information services in China is limited to the
analysis of the demand for standards documents. The understanding of users' demand for standards information services is not compre⁃hensive and profound, which is not conducive to the overall planning of standards information services.【Method/process】This study conducted a questionnaire survey on enterprises' standards users, and analyzed the questionnaire data and divide the levels of de⁃mands based on the KANO model and Better-Worse analysis. In addition, the motivation of leading enterprises and following enter⁃prises is analyzed according to their demand differences. Finally, according to the enterprise demand level, combined with the demand content and demand motivation, the enterprises' demand hierarchy is constructed.【Result/conclusion】 This research constructs the standard information service demand hierarchy system of enterprise users by combining the three dimensions of service type, demand hierarchy and strategic goal. The study found that my country's standard information service needs can be divided into three levels:the necessary demand layer, the expectation demand layer and the attractive demand layer, which correspond to the motivation goals of the three levels of information resource guarantee, work support and innovation leadership, as well as literature. Service and information service, knowledge service, wisdom service and think tank service three levels of service type attributes.【Result/conclusion】 The study found that the demand for standards information services in China can be divided into three levels:essential demand layer, ex⁃pected demand layer and attractive demand layer, corresponding to the three levels of the motivations, i.e., basic requirements, work support and technological innovation, as well as the service content of three levels:document service and information service, knowl⁃edge service, intelligent service and think tank service.【Innovation/limitation】This study applies Kano model to the analysis of stan⁃dard information needs of enterprise users, and proposes the hierarchy of standard information needs for the first time.
