基于元分析的社交媒体用户不持续使用行为影响因素研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】文章对现有研究中各影响因素的差异性进行研究和证实,一方面能够为不持续使用行为后续
相关研究提供参考,另一方面可为社交媒体运营商优化服务策略、减少消极影响提供理论指导。【方法/过程】使用
元分析方法,从 77篇相关实证研究中,提取 87个效应值进行效应值计算、发表偏倚检验、异质性检验、整体效应检
验和调节效应分析等综合定量分析。【结果/结论】研究发现,情感因素中的社交媒体倦怠和态度因素中的不满意与
不持续使用行为呈强相关关系,信息过载和隐私关注同样是不持续使用行为的影响因素。同时,社交媒体用户不
持续使用行为的影响因素会受性别、年龄、隐私关注和信息过载的调节。【创新/局限】使用元分析方法分析了各影
响因素对用户不持续使用行为的影响强度,对已有研究中存在的结论差异进行了证实。但部分高质量文献由于没
有相关可用数据被排除在外,影响了分析结果的全面性。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】 This paper aims to clarify the strength of the factors influencing social media users' discontinuous
use behavior in existing studies, confirm the differences in the results of existing studies, and provide theoretical guidance for socialmedia operators to optimize their service strategies and reduce negative effects, as well as reference for subsequent studies on discon⁃tinuous use behavior.【Method/process】 Using meta-analysis methods, 87 effect values were extracted from 77 relevant empirical stud⁃ies for comprehensive quantitative analysis including effect value calculation, publication bias test, heterogeneity test, overall effect test, and moderating effect analysis.【Result/conclusion】 The results showed that social media burnout in affective factors and dissatis⁃faction in attitudinal factors were strongly correlated with discontinuous use behavior, and verified that information overload and pri⁃vacy concerns were also influential factors of discontinuous use behavior. Also, the factors influencing social media users' discontinu⁃ous use behavior are moderated by gender, age, privacy concerns, and information overload.【Innovation/limitation】 Used meta-analysis to analyze the strength of each influencing factor on users' discontinuous use behavior, confirming the differences in findings in some studies and providing research ideas for subsequent studies.
