元宇宙视域下的知识生态系统探析 ——要素、机理与展望

摘要: 【目的/意义】研究提出了元宇宙视域下的知识生态系统,详细分析元宇宙知识生态系统视域下的要素、机
理,弥补了知识管理领域对于虚拟知识理论与虚实知识生态系统探讨的不足。【方法/过程】通过对知识主体、知识
环境、知识资源等多个方面进行探讨,分析元宇宙对知识生态系统的冲击并提出其全新的运行机理,并对元宇宙知
识生态系统在未来研究的方向予以展望。【结果/结论】元宇宙的出现使知识生态系统的内涵和外延都发生了显著
变化,虚实两种知识生态系统间的知识流动交互成为常态,多源知识与多种类型的知识主体使知识管理的边界延
展到了虚拟领域。【创新/局限】对元宇宙视域下的知识生态系统进行了详细分析,但由于元宇宙仍处于诞生初期,
其理论与实践案例较为缺乏,难以进行实证分析。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】This study proposes the knowledge ecosystem under the metaverse perspective, analyzes the ele?
ments and mechanisms under the metaverse knowledge ecosystem vision in detail, and makes up for the lack of discussion on virtual
knowledge theory and virtual real knowledge ecosystem in the field of knowledge management.【Method/process】Through the discus? sion of knowledge subjects, knowledge environment, knowledge resources and other aspects, the impact of the metaverse on the knowl? edge ecosystem is analyzed and its new operation mechanism is proposed, and the future research direction of the metaverse knowl? edge ecosystem is prospected.【Result/conclusion】The emergence of the metaverse has significantly changed the connotation and ex? tension of the knowledge ecosystem, the knowledge flow interaction between the virtual and real knowledge ecosystems has become the norm, and the multi-source knowledge and multiple types of knowledge subjects have extended the boundary of knowledge manage? ment to the virtual domain.【Innovation/limitation】A detailed analysis of the knowledge ecosystem under the metaverse perspective is carried out, but because the metaverse is still in its infancy, its theoretical and practical cases are relatively lacking, and it is difficult to conduct empirical analysis.
