高校大学生信息素养教育政策演进研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】高校大学生信息素养教育在不同阶段呈现不一样的特征,中国政府先后制定了一系列相关政
策,并根据各阶段的特征和时代需求进行修正和调整政策重点。【方法/过程】本文运用共词分析和社会网络分析
法,以1983-2022年中国政府颁布的189条政策文本为分析对象,根据高频关键词聚类结果,从政策主题、信息素养
教育内容、信息素养教育培养方式、政策措施四个维度探讨不同阶段的特征,探寻其政策演进规律及影响因素。最
后提出完善中国大学生信息素养教育政策的相关建议。【结果/结论】深入研究中国大学生信息素养教育的演进特
征,对于准确把握各阶段性的重点和发展趋势、探究信息素养教育政策演进规律、促进后续政策优化完善具有重要
的意义。【创新/局限】通过可视化分析展现了我国信息素养教育的发展态势。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】 The information literacy education of college students presents different characteristics at different
stages. The Chinese government has successively formulated a series of relevant policies and revised and adjusted policy priorities
based on the characteristics of each stage and the needs of the times.【Method/process】 This article uses co-word analysis and social
network analysis to analyze 189 policy texts issued by the Chinese government from 1983 to June 2022. Based on high-frequency key⁃
word clustering results, the article explores the characteristics of different stages from four dimensions: policy theme, information lit⁃
eracy education content, information literacy education training methods, and policy measures, and explores the laws of policy evolu⁃
tion and influencing factors. Finally, relevant suggestions are proposed to improve the policy of information literacy education for Chi⁃
nese university students.【Result/conclusion】 A thorough study of the evolution characteristics of information literacy education for
Chinese university students is of great significance for accurately grasping the key points and development trends of each stage, explor⁃
ing the evolution laws of information literacy education policies, and promoting subsequent policy optimization and improvement.【In⁃
novation/limitation】 The development trend of information literacy education in China has been demonstrated through visual analysis.
