摘要:

【目的/意义】构建集成创新驱动的企业知识库服务机理模型,完善企业知识库服务模式和方法,提升企业
的集成创新优势。【方法/过程】基于市场需求,集成企业外部和内部知识,构建集成创新驱动的企业知识库服务机
理模型,以实现员工知识能力和企业创新能力的提高。【结果/结论】知识库服务机理模型推动企业知识库服务理论
的深入发展,使企业知识服务更加智能化、个性化,为面向集成创新驱动的企业知识库服务提供了理论支撑。【创
新/局限】仅从理论上探讨企业知识库机理模型的构建,未实现企业知识库的具体功能。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】 Build an enterprise knowledge base service mechanism model driven by integrated innovation, im⁃
prove the enterprise knowledge base service mode and method, and enhance the enterprise's integrated innovation advantages.
【Method/process】 Based on the market demand, integrate the external and internal knowledge of the enterprise, and build an inte⁃grated innovation driven enterprise knowledge base service mechanism model to improve the knowledge ability of employees and the innovation ability of the enterprise.【Result/conclusion】 The knowledge base service mechanism model promotes the in-depth devel⁃opment of enterprise knowledge base service theory, makes enterprise knowledge service more intelligent and personalized, and pro⁃vides theoretical support for enterprise knowledge base service oriented to integrated innovation drive.【Innovation/limitation】 This model only discusses the construction of knowledge service model in theory, and does not realize the specific technology in the knowl⁃edge service model.
