信息生态视角下热点舆论传播多点触发机制实证研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】本文基于信息生态视角,探究社交媒体热点事件舆论信息传播过程中,信息、信息人、信息环
境、信息技术各变量如何产生作用,进一步研究触发热点舆论传播的各影响因素和触发机制。【方法/过程】通过提
出问题、建立假设、构建模型的研究逻辑,采用问卷调查法获取1970个有效样本,重点分析影响热点舆论信息传播
的各变量及影响过程。【结果/结论】通过研究发现,信息的隐性特征、用户的理性程度、用户对信息内容的共情心
理、用户评估个体利益的获得情况、因社交关系形成的舆论环境等多个因素对触发热点舆论传播有明显影响。其
中,热点舆论信息的隐性特征可引发用户的共情心理,是触发舆论信息传播的重要因素,共情心理会正向影响用户
的舆论传播行为。用户的社交关系数量在一定阙值数量范围内时,社交关系数量越多,用户传播舆论信息的可能
性越大。用户对热点舆论的理性判断会负向影响传播行为。当传播信息有利于社交媒体人设时,会促进用户的传
播行为。【创新/局限】挖掘出触发热点舆论传播的影响因素及其机理过程。在后续的研究中,将扩大触发因素的研
究范围,来进一步完善触发机制模型。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】Based on the information ecology perspective, this paper explores how the variables of information,
information people, information environment and information technology play a role in the process of public opinion information dis⁃semination of hot events in social media , and further studies the influencing factors and trigger mechanism of hot public opinion dis⁃semination of hot events.【Method/process】Following the research logic of raising questions, establishing hypotheses and constructing research models, this paper uses the questionnaire survey method to obtain 1970 valid samples, analyzes the variables which can affect the information dissemination of hot events and the influencing process, and then empirically verifies the research models proposed.【Result/conclusion】 It is found that factors such as the implicit characteristics of information, users' degree of rationality, users' psy⁃chology of empathy for information content, users' assessment of the acquisition of individual benefits, and the opinion environment formed due to social relationships have significant effects on the spread of hot public opinions. Among them, the implicit characteris⁃tics of hot public opinion information can trigger users' empathy psychology, which is an important factor to trigger the dissemination of public opinion information, and the empathy psychology will positively influence users' public opinion dissemination behavior.When the number of social relationships of users is within a certain range, the more the number of social relationships, the greater the possibility of users spreading public opinion information. Users' rational judgment of hot public opinion will negatively influence the spreading behavior. When spreading information is beneficial to social media persona, it will promote users' spreading behavior.【Inno⁃vation/limitation】 The influencing factors that trigger the spread of hot public opinions and their mechanism processes are unearthed.In the subsequent study, the scope of the trigger factors will be expanded to further improve the trigger mechanism model.
