基于模糊集理论——DEMATEL方法的突发公共事件短视频舆情

摘要:

【目的/意义】突发公共事件短视频舆情的衰退受到多要素的共同影响,识别出对突发公共事件短视频舆情
衰退起到关键影响作用的要素,有助于相关主体提高研判突发公共事件短视频舆情衰退所处进程的效率,以更少
的投入快速准确地掌握突发公共事件短视频舆情衰退的演化进程。【方法/过程】本文采用元人种志方法对突发公
共事件短视频舆情衰退的相关原始研究进行收集、转译与集成,得到突发公共事件短视频舆情衰退的影响要素集;
进而采用模糊集理论——DEMATEL方法,通过对影响要素集中的各个影响要素的原因度、中心度、影响度与被影
响度的计算与排序,识别出对突发公共事件短视频舆情衰退具有关键影响作用的要素;最后,根据识别出的关键影
响要素,有针对性地提出引导突发公共事件短视频舆情衰退的策略。【结果/结论】研究结果表明,突发公共事件短
视频舆情衰退影响要素集中共包含17个影响要素,并从中识别出了8个关键影响要素。【创新/局限】对突发公共事
件短视频舆情衰退的关键影响要素的作用强度的研究有待后续进一步深入。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】 The decline of short-video public opinion on public emergencies is influenced by multiple factors.
Identifying the elements that play a key role in influencing the decline of short video public opinion in public emergencies helps rel⁃
evant subjects improve the efficiency of analyzing the process of the decline of short video public opinion in public emergencies, so
that they can quickly and accurately grasp the evolution process of the short video public opinion decline in public emergencies with less input.【Method/process】 This paper adopted the meta-ethnography method to collect, translate and integrate the original studies related to the decline of public opinion on short videos of public emergencies, to obtain the set of influencing elements. Further, this paper adopted the fuzzy set theory-DEMATEL method to identify the elements that have a key influence on the decline of short-video public opinion on public emergencies by calculating and ranking the cause degree, center degree, influence degree and influenced de⁃gree of each influencing element. Finally, according to the identified key influencing elements, targeted strategies to guide the decline of public opinion in short video of public emergencies were proposed.【
Result/conclusion】 The results of the study show that the set of influencing elements of short-video public opinion decline of public emergencies contains a total of 17 influencing elements, and 8 key influencing elements are identified from them.【Innovation/limitation】 The research on the strength of the key influencing ele⁃ments affecting the decline of short video public opinion in public emergencies needs to be further in-depth.
