Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】At present, the field of health information is in the stage of rapid development, but there is a lack of
systematic research. This paper will sort out the domestic and foreign achievements in the field of health information, and clarify the
development process of the field of health information.【Method/process】Firstly, the article defines the concept of health information
and the field of health information; Then it combs the research results at home and abroad from four aspects: health information man? agement and service, health information literacy and education, health information protection and the impact of information technol? ogy, and health information exchange and dissemination; Finally, summarize the research status, clarify the shortcomings of the current research in the field of health information, and summarize the development law of the field【. Result/conclusion】There are some defi? ciencies in the field of health information, such as unclear concept definition, lack of characteristic research and inadequate applica? tion of information technology. This paper summarizes the development laws of health information literacy, health information demand, health information behavior, health information service and health information system.【Innovation/limitation】In this paper, the main research contents in the field of health information at home and abroad are summarized into 4 aspects. Although the core contents of the field can be well covered, the fine-grained research contents to be developed may be omitted.
