摘要: 【目的/意义】探究新零售企业现状及特点对企业开展竞争情报工作的影响,创新新零售企业竞争情报分析
方法。【方法
/过程】本文以新零售企业为例,利用系统动力学方法和Vensim PLE软件进行建模仿真。【结果/结论】仿
真模型的运行成功地模拟了新零售企业竞争情报工作分析的过程,为之后新零售企业制定战略规划提供帮助。【创
/局限】在研究新零售企业的基础上,首次利用系统动力学方法对其竞争情报环境进行模拟、仿真;因模型的赋值
主观性较强,后续研究将会选取具有代表性的新零售企业进行实例研究。

Abstract: Purpose/significanceIn order to explore the influence of the current situation and characteristics of new retail enterprises on the competitive intelligence work of enterprises,this paper innovates the competitive intelligence analysis method of new retail en⁃terprises.Method/processIn this paper,taking a new retail enterprise as an example,modeling and simulation are carried out using system dynamics method and Vensim PLE software.Result/conclusionThe simulation model successfully simulates the process of competitive intelligence work analysis of new retail enterprises,and provides help for new retail enterprises to make strategic planning.
Innovation/limitationBased on the study of new retail enterprises,the competitive intelligence environment of new retail enterprises is simulated and simulated by system dynamics method for the first time.Due to the subjectivity of the model assignment,the follow-up research will select representative new retail enterprises for case study.
