深度学习,是科技创新型企业中亟须探索的重要问题。【过程
/方法】在分析科技创新型企业员工协作知识建构核心
特征、组成要素以及运行过程的基础上,构建了企业员工协作知识建构机理模型,实现对企业员工协作知识建构的
深入分析。【结果
/结论】该模型为科技创新型企业员工协作知识建构提供建议,以培养员工知识创新思维为目的,
进而推动企业的知识发展水平。【创新
/局限】仅在理论上探讨协作知识建构模型,没有对该模型进行定性分析。

Abstract: Purpose/significanceHow to construct collaborative knowledge, update cognitive structure, realize the transfer and inter⁃nalization of knowledge, and promote employees' in-depth learning are important issues that need to be explored urgently in techno⁃logical innovation enterprise.Method/processBased on the analysis of the core characteristics, constituent elements and operation process of technological innovation enterprise employee collaborative knowledge construction, a technological innovation enterprise employee collaborative knowledge construction model is constructed to realize the in-depth analysis of technological innovation enter⁃prise employee collaborative knowledge construction.Result/conclusionThe model provides suggestions for the collaborative knowl⁃edge construction of employees in technological innovation enterprise, cultivates employees' knowledge innovation thinking, and then promotes the knowledge development level of enterprises.Innovation/limitationOnly discusses the collaborative knowledge construc⁃tion model in theory, without qualitative analysis.
