Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】through the evaluation of online teaching ability in Colleges and universities, it will help to further improve the online information-based teaching level in colleges and universities.【Method/process】firstly, the evaluation index sys⁃tem of online teaching ability and learning ability is constructed, and a questionnaire is designed; Then, through the descriptive statis⁃tics and difference analysis of the questionnaire data, the current situation of College Teachers' online teaching ability and college stu⁃dents' online learning ability is clarified.【Result/conclusion】after analysis, we found the problems existing in the online teaching ability of colleges and universities, which will help to improve the teaching ability in the later stage.【Innovation/limitation】the data sample needs to be further expanded, and more representative universities will be selected for research in the follow-up study.
