Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】The advent of the Internet era has caused profound changes in the information service model of col⁃lege education.The "MOOC+SPOC" information resource management model emerged in this environment.It utilizes a rich network in⁃formation resource management platform and shares high-quality courses.Resources can effectively improve the level of education in⁃formatization in colleges and universities and greatly enhance the teaching effect【. Method/process】On the basis of elaborating the re⁃lated concepts of MOOC and SPOC,it discusses what is "MOOC+SPOC",analyzes the advantages of Internet + SPOC model informa⁃tion resource organization,and constructs the "MOOC+SPOC" information resource management model.The above discussed the practi⁃cal analysis of the "MOOC+SPOC" information resource management model.【Result/conclusion】The establishment of the "MOOC+
