基于专利分析的国际算力技术主题图谱

摘要: 【目的/意义】对算力国际专利研发态势进行了对比分析,为我国算力国际合作和发展模式提供参考。【方
/过程】采用PC-Value和像素点的密度函数,构建算力专利分析主题图谱过程模型。以2011-2020年专利数据为
研究对象,对算力的申请趋势、国民经济行业、国家、机构、研究热点和主题演化进行了多维度的专利分析和文本挖
掘。【结果
/结论】算力主题目前处于成长期,研发侧重于计算机系统的电数字数据处理和数字信息的传输等技术;
中国、美国、日本为主要研发国家,美国的
IBM国际商业机器公司和亚马逊科技资源有限公司、中国的华为技术有
限公司和北京比特大陆科技有限公司为重点研究机构;服务器、计算机是重点研究对象,控制器、处理器、传感器主
题词为新兴关注热点。建议我国算力技术采用学科交叉融通、产学研一体化、多样性协同化的国际合作发展模式。
【创新
/局限】对国际算力专利信息进行主题图构建和数据分析,提出我国其发展对策建议。

Abstract: Purpose/significanceA comparative analysis of the international patent R&D trend of arithmetic was conducted to pro⁃vide reference for the international cooperation and development model of arithmetic in China.Method/processUsing PC-Value and density function of pixel points, we construct the process model of topic mapping for arithmetic patent analysis. Taking the patent data from 2011-2020 as the research object, multi-dimensional patent analysis and text mining were conducted on the application trends, national economic industries, countries, institutions, research hotspots and theme evolution of arithmetic. Result/conclusionThe sub⁃ject of arithmetic is currently in the formative stage, and R&D focuses on technologies such as electrical digital data processing of com⁃puter systems and transmission of digital information; China, the United States, and Japan are the main R&D countries, IBM Interna⁃
tional Business Machines Corporation and Amazon Technology Resources Ltd. in the United States, Huawei Technologies Co. and Bei⁃jing Bitmain Technology Co. in China; servers, computers are the key research objects , controllers, processors, sensors subject terms for emerging hot spots of concern. It is suggested that China's arithmetic technology adopts the international cooperation and develop⁃ment model of cross-fertilization of disciplines, integration of industry, academia and research, and synergization of diversity
