面向融媒体建设的公共文化资源服务研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】为提升融媒体建设下公共文化资源服务效率,创新服务机制,优化服务策略。【方法/过程】本
文在分析了公共文化资源服务发展现状的基础上,对湖南省公共文化服务的发展进行了实证分析。综合考虑了数
据汇聚与存储、数据审核与上传、用户授权及管理、推送内容和服务信息等内容,构建了融媒体建设下的公共文化
资源服务平台。该平台从博物馆、图书馆等实体公共文化场所采集文化服务资源,通过数据层处理在应用层形成
线上公共文化资源服务,经传输层传递到终端层将线上公共文化资源服务内容向广大人民群众展示。【结果
/结论】
多种媒体融合的融媒体建设形式在促进公共文化资源服务中发挥重要作用。【创新
/局限】但本文并未考虑公共文
化与人民群众的交互及信息反馈机制,因此在日后研究中需利用新的信息技术手段和信息传播方式进一步拓展公
共文化服务空间。

Abstract: Purpose/significanceIn order to effectively improve the service efficiency of public cultural resources under the construc⁃tion of integrated media,innovate service mechanisms and optimize service strategies.Method/processBased on the analysis of the current situation of the construction of financial media and the development of public cultural resources services,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the development of public cultural services in Hunan Province.Taking into account data aggregation and storage,data review and upload,user authorization and management,push content and service information,the public cultural resource service platform under the construction of financial media is built.The platform collects cultural service resources from physical public cultur⁃al places such as museums and libraries,forms online public cultural resource services at the application layer through data layer pro⁃
cessing,and then transmits them to the terminal layer to show the online public cultural resource services to the masses
. Result/conclu⁃sionMulti-media fusion media construction forms play an important role in promoting public cultural resource services. Innovation/limitationHowever,this paper did not consider the interaction and information feedback mechanism between public culture and the masses,so new information technology means and information dissemination methods should be used in future studies to further expand the public cultural service space.
