基于扎根理论的高价值专利评估与识别研究综述

摘要: 【目的/意义】高价值专利识别与培育是我国知识产权强国建设的重要环节,全面解读领域研究概况与进展
能够为科研和从业人员提供借鉴。【方法/过程】综合运用扎根理论和 NVivo 分析工具,通过领域主题的程序化编
码,识别出高价值专利评估与识别研究的重要主题,并从时间维度进行分析和综述。【结果/结论】专利质量与专利
价值是一对相互交融的概念,高价值专利可以从经济价值、市场价值、战略价值和法律价值等维度来衡量;高价值
专利评估数据主要来源于专利案例、专利数据库和专利行业数据;专利价值评估与识别研究主要涵盖三大主题:专
利价值的市场评估分析、专利价值影响因素及作用机理、专利价值评估指标组合与模型构建。【创新/局限】扎根理
论能够系统梳理领域的重要研究主题和进展,未来可以通过科学知识图谱动态展示领域科研合作态势、研究热点
与前沿,以及从实践的角度分析高价值专利评估与识别的典型案例。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】The identification and cultivation of high-value patents is an important link in the construction of
my country's intellectual property power.This article comprehensively interprets the research status and progress in the field can pro-
vide references for scientific researchers and practitioners【. Method/process】Comprehensive use of grounded theory and NVivo analy-sis tools,through the procedural coding of field topics,identify important themes of high-value patent evaluation and identification re-search,and analyze and summarize them from the time dimension【. Result/conclusion】Patent quality and patent value are a pair of con-cepts that blend with each other.High-value patents can be measured from the dimensions of economic value,market value,strategic value,and legal value; the evaluation data of high-value patent mainly comes from patent cases,patent databases; the studies on evalua-tion and identification of patent value mainly cover four major themes:market evaluation analysis of patent value,influencing factors of patent value and mechanism of action,evaluation index and model of patent value【. Innovation/limitation】Grounded theory can system-atically sort out important research topics and progress in the field.In the future,scientific knowledge maps can dynamically display the field of scientific research cooperation status,research hotspots and frontiers,and analyze typical cases of evaluation and identification of high-value patent from a practical perspective.
