Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Aiming at the inconsistency of results in the empirical research on existing users' online health in-
formation search behaviors, to review and verify related research in this field, aiming to clear the real factors and key adjustments af-
fecting users' online health information search behavior variables, reveal the direct cause of users' online health information seeking
behavior, and provide reference for improving the theoretical system of users' online health information seeking behavior and follow-up research in related fields.【Method/process】Select 25 Chinese and foreign documents that meet the standards for meta-analysis,
explore the influencing factors and their degree of influence, and explore the influencing factors and online health information seeking
behavior from the three dimensions of domestic and foreign research environment, users' social attributes and health status.Discuss the moderating effect between influencing factors and online health information search behavior.【Result/conclusion】 The results show that 10 factors have a significant positive impact on users' online health information search behavior. The information quality has thehighest intensity. Perceived risk, trust, self-efficacy, and perceived usefulness have a weaker impact on online health information seek-ing behavior. At the same time, it is verified that the domestic and foreign research environment, users’social attributes and health sta-tus have a certain moderating effect on online health information search behavior.【Innovation/limitation】This paper adopts the meta?analysis method, and through reanalysis of previous research results, obtains more accurate research conclusions, which is a powerfulsupplement to the existing research in the field of online health information search. However, the application of the meta-analysis method is relatively simple, and it does not involve the relationship among the influencing factors, which needs further study.
