公共数字文化服务的社会教育功能及实现路径研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】文化具有教育功能,公共(数字)文化服务具有社会教育功能,公共(数字)文化服务利用(数
字)文化情境、(数字)文化载体、(数字)文化环境等实现社会教育功能。【方法/过程】细致阐述了公共数字文化服务
社会教育功能的主要涵义,提出融合性、开放性、个性化、娱乐化是公共数字文化服务实现社会教育功能的基本条
件,并明确了其主要目标。【结果/结论】将公共数字文化服务纳入国家终身教育体系之中、缩小数字鸿沟、建立需求
导向的公共数字文化资源体系、构建多层次立体化的公共数字文化服务体系、健全统筹兼顾的公共数字文化服务
制度体系、完善公共数字文化服务社会教育功能的评价体系是公共数字文化服务社会教育功能的实现路径。【创
新/局限】结合数字化时代背景,从社会教育的视角对公共文化服务整体进行研究,丰富公共文化服务社会教育领
域的理论研究成果。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Culture has educational function,public (digital) cultural service has social educational function,pub-
lic (digital) cultural service uses (digital) cultural context,(digital) cultural carrier,(digital) cultural environment to realize social educa-
tional function.【Method/process】This paper elaborates the main meaning of public digital culture service social education function,
and clarifies its main goal.The basic conditions for public digital cultural service to realize the function of social education includes the
integration,openness,personalization and entertainment,and the current problems are analyzed.【Result/conclusion】The main ways to realize the social education function of public digital cultural services include bringing public digital cultural services into the national
lifelong education system,narrowing the digital gap,establishing a demand-oriented public digital cultural resource system,building a
multi-level and three-dimensional public digital cultural service system,improving the overall public digital cultural service system,
and improving the public digital cultural service system The evaluation system of social education function.【Innovation/limitation】
Combined with the background of the digital era,This paper studies the overall public cultural services from the perspective of social
education,and enriches the theoretical research results in the field of public cultural services and social education.
