【Purpose/significance】With the development of network diversification, the traditional digital library service mode cannot provide more effective services for users, therefore, it is urgent to promote the deep integration of external services and network tech⁃nology of University Digital Library【. Method/process】Firstly, this paper analyzes the external basic service mode of University Digital Library from the perspective of network diversification, discusses the existing problems of resource construction, resource use, security and privacy, and puts forward solutions based on the development trend of external services of University Digital Library in the era of network diversification
