基于知识生态系统的智慧图书馆知识服务模式研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】作为图书馆的高级发展形态和最终发展目标,智慧图书馆的建设过程与发展路径,决定了构
建新型图书馆智能知识服务体系的出发点和落脚点,知识服务模式的重构与创新对提升智慧图书馆服务对象的体
验起到了至关重要的作用。【方法
/过程】以生态学理论为基础建构知识生态系统模型, 研究智慧图书馆知识个体在
知识生态系统中的运行规律,推进知识种群向生态化整序目标演进,从而为智慧图书馆知识服务模式创新提供系
统保障和数据支撑。【结果
/结论】利用知识生态系统所具备的自组织与自适应特征, 激活知识数据元的智能组织属
性,让智慧图书馆为知识服务对象提供更有针对性、创新性与智能性的知识服务解决方案成为可能。【创新
/局限】
利用系统的方式实现智慧图书馆中的知识群落生态化过程,以支撑知识服务模式创新的生态系统解决方案,但对
系统实施的具体过程探讨不深。

Abstract: Purpose/significanceAs the high-level development form and ultimate development goal of the library, the construction process and development path of the smart library determine the starting point and end point of building a new library intelligent knowledge service system, the reconstruction and the innovation of the knowledge service model has played a vital role in enhancing the experience of smart library service objects.Method/processConstruct a knowledge ecosystem model based on ecological theory,study the operation laws of individual knowledge of smart libraries in the knowledge ecosystem, and promote the evolution of knowl⁃edge populations to the goal of ecological ordering, thereby providing systematic guarantee and data support for the innovation of knowledge service model of smart library.Result/conclusionUse the self-organization and self-adaptive characteristics of the knowl⁃edge ecosystem to activate the intelligent organization attributes of knowledge data elements, making it possible for smart libraries to provide more targeted, innovative and intelligent knowledge service solutions for knowledge service objects.Innovation/limitationA systematic approach is used to realize the ecological process of the knowledge community in the smart library to support the innovative ecosystem solutions of the knowledge service model, but the specific process of system implementation is not discussed deeply.
