智慧育人理念下的大学生信息精准服务研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】从智慧育人的理念出发,因材施教是当前教育理念中的核心一环。关注学生的特点、发展每
个学生的优势潜能、发现不同学生的个体差异点对于培养创新创业人才,进而促使我国社会拥有充足的人才储备
具有重大意义。【方法
/过程】本文运用案例分析方法,以大学生信息数据化作为研究对象,以其它学生管理工作模
式作为对照组,论述了目前大学生信息管理实际工作中存在的问题和难点,并对数据信息精准服务的每个教育主
体进行研究。【结果
/结论】通过对大学生信息精准服务模式进行案例分析,本文总结出了大学教育中精准育人理念
的意义和可行性,实施路径和方法,为切实提升高校育人实效提供了思路和方向。【创新
/局限】本文对大学生信息
管理提出了创新模式,并已在实践中进行了检验,但由于相关数据可获得性的限制难以进行进一步的实证分析。

Abstract: Purpose/significanceStarting from the concept of intelligent education, teaching students in accordance with their apti⁃
tude is a core part of the current educational concept. Paying attention to the characteristics of students, developing each student's ad⁃vantages and potentials, and discovering the individual differences of different students are of great significance for cultivating innova⁃tive and entrepreneurial talents, and thereby promoting our society to have a sufficient talent pool.
Method/processThis article uses Case Analysis Methods, takes college student information digitization as the research object , takes other student management work models as the control group to discuss the current problems and difficulties in the actual work of college student information manage⁃ment. Moreover, this article conducts research on each educational subject that provides accurate data information services.Result/conclusionThrough the case analysis of the information precision service model for college students, this article summarizes the signif⁃icance and feasible implementation paths and methods of the precision education concept in college education which provides ideas
and directions for effectively improving the effectiveness of college education.
Innovation/limitationThis article proposes an innova⁃tive model for college student information management which has been tested in practice. But it is difficult to conduct further empiri⁃cal analysis due to the limitation of the availability of relevant data.
