摘要: 【目的/意义】金融市场是信用交易最为广泛和活跃的市场,也是信用风险的高发领域。随着我国信用交易
规模的不断扩大和信用体系建设的不断推进,迫切需要专业化、智能化的信用知识服务。【方法
/过程】回顾和梳理
了信用知识服务的相关研究,分析了金融领域信用知识服务的需求,将知识融合的理论和方法应用于金融领域信
用知识服务的整个流程与环节中。【结果
/结论】构建了基于三层知识融合的金融领域信用知识服务模型,分析了知
识获取层、知识处理层、知识服务层的结构与功能。阐述了基于三层知识融合的金融领域信用知识服务在信用评
估、信贷风险管理、社会信用生态构建中的应用。【创新
/局限】提出了基于三层知识融合的金融领域信用知识服务
模型。有待于实现一个智能化的金融领域信用知识服务系统。

Abstract: Purpose/significanceThe financial market is the most extensive and active market for credit transactions, and it is also anarea where credit risks are high. With the continuous expansion of my country's credit transaction scale and the continuous advance⁃ment of credit system construction, there is an urgent need for professional and intelligent credit knowledge services.Method/pro⁃cessReview and sort out the relevant research on credit knowledge services, analyze the demand for credit knowledge services in the financial field, and apply the theory and methods of knowledge fusion to the entire process and links of credit knowledge services in the financial field.Result/conclusionThe article constructs a credit knowledge service model in the financial field based on three-layer knowledge fusion. The structure and function of knowledge acquisition layer, knowledge processing layer and knowledge service layer are analyzed. Explains the application of credit knowledge services in the financial field based on the integration of three-tier knowledge in credit evaluation, credit risk management, and construction of social credit ecology.Innovation/limitationProposes a credit knowledge service model in the financial field based on three-layer knowledge fusion. It needs to realize an intelli⁃gent credit knowledge service system in the financial field.
