Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】The integration of urban and rural informatization can effectively narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, realize the sharing of urban and rural information resources, and optimize the industrial structure of urban and rural areas. It is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of urban and rural social economy.【Method/process】Through the construction of urban and rural information integration development index system, based on the urban and rural informatization integra⁃ tion development index data from 2009 to 2019, combined with entropy method and grey prediction model, the comprehensive evalua⁃ tion and prediction analysis of urban and rural informatization integration development level are carried out. On this basis, the influ⁃ encing factors of urban-rural informatization integration development are further analyzed, so as to promote the development of ur⁃ ban-rural informatization integration provide basis.【Result/conclusion】The research shows that: from 2009 to 2019, the development level of urban-rural informatization integration in China as a whole and in four major regions has continued to increase, but there is still a large gap from high-level integration. Therefore, in view of the differences and influencing factors of urban and rural informatiza⁃ tion integration development level in different regions, this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions, aiming at providing reference for promoting the development of urban-rural informatization integration.【Innovation/limitation】Constructed evaluation indicators for the development of urban-rural informatization integration, enriching the research content of urban-rural in⁃ formatization integration development; there is no spatial econometric analysis on the development level of urban-rural informatization integration, which needs further research.
