学科评估视域下图书情报与档案管理学科建设的问题与策略

摘要:

【目的/意义】学科评估对高校学科建设具有明显的推进作用,第五轮学科评估为新时期图书情报与档案管
理学科建设提供了独特的分析视角。【方法/过程】立足第五轮学科评估的特征和作用分析,明确新形势下学科建设
目标,对照目标探讨图书情报与档案管理学科面临的突出问题,即学科建设模式囿于传统、师资转型缓慢、培养过
程把关不严、关注社会需求不够,这是加快推进其转型发展的出发点。【结果/结论】图书情报与档案管理学科正处
在转型发展时期,从学科评估的视角看,需遵循“问题导向-目标牵引-构建路径”的逻辑思路,明晰发展路径的具体
举措,即加强学科内涵建设,以交叉融合推进学科优化升级、以育人质量促进学科建设水平提升、以凝练方向强化
学科优势特色、以实际贡献彰显学科社会地位。【创新/局限】构建了基于学科评估“四位一体”分析维度,对新时期
图书情报与档案管理学科建设提出了具有普遍意义的行动方案。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】China Discipline Ranking (CDR) plays a significant role in promoting the discipline construction in
higher education. The fifth round of CDR provides a unique analytical perspective and enlightenment for the discipline construction of
library information and archives management.【Method/process】Based on the analysis of the characteristics and functions of the fifth
round of CDR, this paper clarifies the objectives of discipline construction under the new situation. Referring to them, this paper dis⁃
cusses the prominent problems faced by the discipline of library information and archives management, such as too traditional disci⁃
pline construction mode, slow transformation of faculty, lax training process and lack of attention to social needs, which are also the
starting points for accelerating its transformation and development.【Result/conclusion】The discipline of library information and ar⁃
chives management is in a period of transformation and development. From the perspective of CDR, it is necessary to follow the logic
of "problem orientation - goal traction - construction path" and clarify the specific measures of the development path, that is, to
strengthen the construction of discipline connotation as well as the characteristics of discipline advantages in the direction of condensa⁃
tion, promote the optimization and upgrading of disciplines by cross integration as well as the improvement of discipline construction
level by the quality of education, and highlight the social status of the subject with practical contributions.【Innovation/limitation】
Based on the "four in one" analysis dimension of CDR, this paper puts forward a practical scheme with universal significance for the
future construction of library information and archives management. However, without case study, data collection and analysis are not
enough.
