在线健康社区用户交互的研究现状与进展

摘要:

【目的/意义】在线健康社区作为互联网与医疗产业结合的新业态,正日益成为用户进行健康信息共享的重
要平台,探索其研究现状及特征,对进一步挖掘在线社区用户交互规律和搭建网络医疗生态系统具有重要意义。
【方法/过程】运用文献计量学分析方法,对中国知网、万方数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库收录的我国在线健康
社区用户交互研究文献进行分析,探讨了该领域文献的发展历程、研究主体和机构、研究热点、论文影响力等情
况。【结果/结论】我国在线健康社区用户交互研究尚处于起步阶段,近年来发展趋势明显。未来应更关注用户交互
行为的持续性、社区建设的顶层设计、隐私安全和功能改善等主题,加强机构间合作,通过开展干预性研究加强深
层次的探索。【创新/局限】本研究立足于互联网技术在医疗卫生领域延伸的新产物,但仅分析了我国在线健康社区
用户交互的文献特征,未来可以通过扩大数据检索范围,全面地分析全球在线健康社区用户交互的研究进展。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】As a new form of combination of Internet and medical industry, online health community is becom⁃
ing an important platform for users to share health information and solve problems. It has certain reference value to further excavate
the law of online community user interaction and build network medical ecosystem.【Method/process】By means of bibliometric analy⁃
sis, the analysis of Chinese online health community user interaction research literatures collected from the CNKI, Wanfang Database
and CBMdisc. Discussed the development process, research subjects and institutions, research fields and contents, and the influence
of papers on user interaction research in the online health community.【Result/conclusion】The research of online healthy community
user interaction in China is still in its beginning stage, and the development trend is obvious in recent years. In the future, we should
pay more attention to the sustainability of user participation behavior and the top-level design of community construction, privacy se⁃
curity and function improvement, strengthen inter-agency cooperation, and strengthen the deep exploration of this field through inter⁃
vention research.【Innovation/limitation】This study is based on the new products of Internet technology in the field of health care, but
only analyzes the literature characteristics of online healthy community user interaction in China. In the future, the scope of data re⁃
trieval could be expanded to comprehensively analyze the research progress of global online healthy community user interaction.
