用户需求驱动下社会化问答社区知识聚合服务研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】解析社会化问答社区知识聚合服务内部机理,为社会化问答社区知识服务实践和创新发展
提供理论基础和新视角。【方法/过程】本研究引入知识聚合理念与方法,首先论证了用户需求对社会化问答社区知
识聚合服务的影响,界定了用户需求驱动下社会化问答社区知识聚合服务概念、组成要素及目标,然后采用系统动
力学方法分析了动因、过程等内部机理,最后构建了用户需求驱动下的社会化问答社区知识聚合服务体系框架。
【结果/结论】社会化问答社区知识聚合服务主要由知识聚合服务主体、服务对象、服务内容、服务环境、服务技术等
要素组成,受到用户需求刺激、服务主体利益和服务技术3个方面动力推动。构建了社会化问答社区知识聚合服务
过程模型和用户需求驱动的知识聚合服务体系框架。【创新/局限】本文的创新点是引入知识聚合理论与方法解决
社会化问答社区知识组织和管理问题,构建了用户需求驱动的社会化问答社区知识聚合服务体系框架。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】 In order to analyze the internal mechanism of knowledge aggregation service in socialized ques⁃
tion-and-answer community, and provide theoretical basis and new perspective for the practice and innovative development of knowledge
service in socialized question-and-answer community.【Method/process】This study introduces the concept and method of knowledge aggre⁃
gation. Firstly, this paper demonstrates the impact of user needs on knowledge aggregation service in social question and answer community,
defines the concept, elements and objectives of knowledge aggregation service in socialized question-and-answer community, and then uses
the system dynamics method to analyze the motivation and process mechanism. Finally, it constructs the framework of knowledge aggregation
service system in socialized question-and-answer community driven by user needs.【Result/conclusion】Introducing the theory and method
of knowledge aggregation can effectively solve the problem of knowledge organization and management in the socialized question-and-an⁃
swer community. Social Q&A community knowledge aggregation service is mainly composed of knowledge service subject, service object,
service content, service environment, service technology and other elements. It is driven by user demand, interests of service subject and ser⁃
vice technology. Finally, the process model of knowledge service based on knowledge aggregation and the framework of knowledge aggrega⁃
tion service system driven by user needs are constructed.【Innovation/limitation】The innovation of this paper is to introduce the theory and
method of knowledge aggregation to solve the problem of knowledge organization and management in social Q & a community, and construct
the framework of knowledge aggregation service system in social Q & a community driven by user needs.
