新信息技术环境下高校教师信息素养的内涵要素及其提升路径

摘要: 【目的/意义】新信息技术的发展与应用推动社会向信息化、智慧化方向发展。高校教师是培养智慧化人
才、提高教育现代化水平的关键,提升与发展高校教师信息素养是加快教学信息化进程的要求。【方法/过程】借鉴
国际上高校教师信息素养标准并结合我国高校教师信息素养现状,分析高校教师信息素养内涵,构建高校教师信
息素养模型。发现高校教师信息素养发展中出现的不足并提出信信息技术环境下高校教师信息素养提升路径和
策略。【结果/结论】高校教师信息素养的提升必须采取完善教师信息素养培训体系,发展基于信息技术的学科教学
能力,构建信息素养考核评价标准与激励机制,建设数字化校园环境等措施。【创新/局限】分析新信息技术环境下
高校教师信息素养内涵,提出具体的提升路径。但由于缺少数据分析,尚有进一步细化的空间。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】The development and application of new information technology promote the development of society
towards informatization and intelligence.University teachers are the key to cultivate intelligent talents and improve the level of educa?
tional modernization.Improving and developing university teachers' information literacy is the requirement to speed up the process of
teaching informatization【. Method/process】Based on the international standards of university teachers' information literacy and the cur? rent situation of university teachers' information literacy in China,this paper analyzes the connotation of university teachers' informa? tion literacy and constructs a model of university teachers' information literacy.Find the deficiencies in the development of university teachers' information literacy,and put forward the ways and strategies to improve university teachers' information literacy under the en? vironment of information technology【. Result/conclusion】To improve university teachers' information literacy,measures must be taken to improve teachers' information literacy training system,develop subject teaching ability based on information technology,build infor? mation literacy assessment and evaluation standards and incentive mechanism,and build a digital campus environment.【Innovation/ limitation】This paper analyzes the connotation of university teachers' information literacy under the new information technology envi? ronment, and puts forward specific promotion paths. However, due to the lack of data analysis, there is still room for further refinement.
