融合价值共创的旅游信息生态系统模型研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】价值共创视角下分析旅游业不同主体之间的信息流转机制,提高信息生态理论阐释力,促进
数字经济时代旅游信息化发展。【方法/过程】从信息生态系统角度出发,综合运用信息科学、管理学及生态学理论
等相关理论,构建旅游信息生态系统的结构模型,同时提取旅游信息生态系统运行的影响因素并建立融合价值共
创的旅游信息生态系统运行模型,利用结构方程对调研数据进行实证分析。【结果/结论】首先阐述了融合价值共创
的旅游信息生态系统中的人、信息和信息环境之间的相互影响关系;进而从旅游需求和供给两方面探讨了系统中
价值产生的前提、模式以及价值创造的全过程;最后通过实证得出旅游平台能力、运行环境对用户价值共创行为均
有显著正向影响,价值共创行为对平台共创价值有显著正向影响,进而影响旅游信息生态系统运行。【创新/局限】
在构建旅游信息生态系统模型的基础上利用科学数据进行深入研究,但选取调查样本容量有待进一步扩充,系统
运行的理论模型有待完善。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Analyze the information flow mechanism between different subjects in the tourism industry from the
perspective of value co-creation, improve the interpretation of information ecology theory, and promote the development of tourism in? formatization in the digital economy era.【Method/process】From the perspective of the information ecosystem, comprehensively use in? formation science, management and ecology theories and other related theories to construct a structural model of the tourism informa? tion ecosystem, and at the same time extract the factors affecting the operation of the tourism information ecosystem and establish re? search hypotheses, then construct a model and conduct empirical analysis of survey data through structural equations.【Result/conclu? sion】First, the interaction among people, information, and information environment in the tourism information ecosystem that inte? grates value co-creation is explained; then, the premise and mode of value generation in the system are discussed from the perspective of tourism demand and supply,and the whole process of value creation; finally, through empirical evidence, it is concluded that the tourism platform's capabilities and operating environment have a significant positive impact on user value co-creation behavior, and value co-creation behavior has a significant positive impact on platform co-creation value, which in turn affects tourism information Ecosystem operation.【Innovation/limitation】On the basis of constructing a tourism information ecosystem model, scientific data is used for in-depth research; however, the size of selected survey samples needs to be further expanded, and the theoretical model of system operation needs to be improved.
