Abstract:  【Purpose/significance】It is an important task for the Party and the country to build a learning society and provide citizens
with quality lifelong learning support service system.【Method/Process】With scientific knowledge mapping visualization analysis meth⁃
od, the research explores the denotations and connotations of learning support service based on the related papers in Educational Tech⁃
nology and Library Science published in CSSCI journals from 2017 to 2019 from integration perspective of information, technology
and education.【Result/conclusion】According to the research results, the relevant strategies from the discipline, method and data level
are put forward.【Innovation/limitation】These strategies have guiding value in promoting interdisciplinary integration, avoiding repeti⁃
tion research, and providing citizens with more qualified learning support service.
