基于用户信息行为的社交媒体辟谣效果研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】探究用户信息行为对谣言传播的影响可以为辟谣工作提供新的思路,但目前现有研究大多基
于传染病模型研究用户信息行为的影响,而基于博弈模型所考虑的用户信息行为又不完整。【方法
/过程】为了弥补
这一不足,在原有用户信息行为模型的基础上,引入用户质疑行为,构建考虑质疑效应的用户信息行为博弈模型,
分析辟谣效果达到最佳状态的约束条件并对模型中的参数进行模拟仿真。【结果
/结论】结果表明,用户的质疑行为
能够提高辟谣信息的传播效果,但过度质疑会对谣言控制起反作用。最后,根据仿真结果给出提高辟谣信息传播
效果的建议。【创新
/局限】本文提出的用户信息行为博弈模型与社会实际更贴近,在今后的研究中,可以考虑引入
真实数据来验证该模型。

Abstract: Purpose/significanceExploring the influence of user information behavior on rumor spreading can provide new ideas for
rumor dispelling work. However, most of the existing studies are based on infectious disease model to study the influence of user infor⁃
mation behavior, while the user information behavior based on game model is incomplete.
Method/processIn order to remedy this
shortcoming, on the basis of the original user information behavior model, the user questioning behavior is introduced, and the user in⁃
formation behavior game model considering the questioning effect is constructed. The constraints of the best state of the rumor rejec⁃
tion effect are analyzed and the parameters in the model are simulated.
Result/conclusionThe results show that users' questioning
behavior can improve the dissemination effect of rumor information, but excessive questioning will have a negative effect on rumor con⁃
trol. Finally, according to the simulation results, some suggestions are given to improve the dissemination effect of anti-rumor informa⁃
tion.
Innovation/limitationThe user information behavior game model proposed in this article is closer to social reality. In future re⁃
search, introducing real data to verify the model will be considered.
