产业领域核心专利识别与演化分析
——以人工智能领域为例

摘要:

【目的/意义】从核心专利识别与演化的视角,分析产业领域中的核心技术及技术的演变状况。【方法/过程】
从行为效果和动机目的两个角度入手,构建核心专利识别指标体系;基于熵权法赋权并结合灰色关联分析法打分,
筛选核心专利;结合技术生命周期分析核心专利所代表技术、拥有者的演化;以人工智能领域专利数据进行实证研
究。【结果/结论】行为效果角度的三个指标对识别核心专利有较大影响;共筛选出201条核心专利,核心专利所代
表技术的研发范围在不断扩大,电数字数据处理、语音识别、数字信息传输、电话/无线通信等技术应引起关注;苹
果公司、菲尼克斯解决方案公司、康耐视公司、希柏系统软件有限公司及微软公司等拥有较多核心专利。

Abstract: Purpose /significanceFrom the perspective of core patents identification and evolution, this paper analyzes
core technology and its changes in the industrial field.
Method /processFrom the perspective of behavioral effects and
purpose, the core patents identification index system is constructed. Based on entropy-weighted method and grey correla⁃
tion analysis method, screen core patents, then analyze the evolution of technologies and owners in combination with tech⁃
nology life cycle. Conduct an empirical study with the patent data in the field of artificial intelligence.
Result / conclusion
Three indicators of behavioral effects perspective have a great impact on identifying core patents. 201 core patents of which
the technical scope is expanding are screened. Technologies such as electrical computers and digital data processing sys⁃
tems, voice recognition, digital information transmission, and telephone or wireless communication should attract attention.
Apple, Phoenix Solutions, Cognex, Siebel Systems and Microsoft have many core patents.
