移动社交媒体用户不持续使用意愿研究
——整合错失焦虑与社交媒体倦怠双重视角

摘要:

【目的/意义】移动社交媒体情境下,同时审视错失焦虑和社交媒体倦怠对用户不持续使用意愿的影响效
果,揭示移动社交媒体用户面临压力时不持续使用意愿的变化。【方法/过程】收集306份移动社交媒体用户的数据,
借助SSO框架,使用结构方程模型进行多元回归分析。【结果/结论】结果表明,信息超载和技术压力均会提高移动
社交媒体用户的错失焦虑,同时也都对用户的社交媒体倦怠产生显著的正向影响。社交媒体倦怠对用户的不持续
使用意愿有显著的正向影响,错失焦虑虽然会降低用户的不持续使用意愿,但影响并不显著。

Abstract: Purpose/significanceThis paper aims at examining the effects of both fear of missing out and social media fa⁃
tigue on discontinuous use intention of users under the situation of mobile, as well as revealing the different of use intention
of users under pressure.
Method/processAccording to Stressor-Strain-Outcome framework and data of 306 mobile social
media users, the analysis was carried out by using Structural eEquation Model.
Result/conclusionThe results show that in⁃
formation overload and technostress both can increase the fear of missing out, and there is also a significant positive impact
on social media fatigue. Social media fatigue has a significant positive impact on discontinuous use intention, although fear
of missing out can reduce discontinuous use intention, the impact is insignificant.
