Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】With the development of the popularization of big data concept and information technolo⁃
gy, the original management mode of university office can no longer meet the needs of office productivity. This paper
strengthens the cooperation of various subsystems, realizes the sharing of management data by the construction of informa⁃
tion management operation mechanism in order to accelerate the reform of informatization, reasonably allocate the public re⁃
sources of university, and provide strong guarantee for the scientific research and teaching work.【Method/process】By ana⁃
lyzing the current situation and shortcomings of information management in university office, it explores the operative mech⁃
anism of information management, and puts forward corresponding strategies of information construction.【Result/conclu⁃
sion】The research shows that university office should make data-driven informatization decision, build a dynamic informa⁃
tion management system and establish the sound incentive, sharing and risk-control mechanism of informatization. In addi⁃
tion, management should strengthen the training of comprehensive management talents, so as to promote the informatization
transformation of universities.
