产业领域专利技术构成与关联演化分析
——以人工智能领域为例

摘要:

【目的/意义】从专利技术的构成与关联视角,揭示产业领域专利技术的组成结构、结构关系及其两者的变
迁。【方法/过程】基于社会网络分析方法与技术生命周期理论,构建研究框架。以人工智能领域为例,以德温特专
利数据库为数据来源,提取所获专利数据中表征专利技术的IPC小类相关信息,构建产业领域专利技术构成与关联
分析指标。结合人工智能领域技术生命周期从产业领域专利技术的技术构成、技术关联、技术更迭三个角度对人
工智能领域专利技术进行演化分析。【结果/结论】人工智能领域专利技术不断突破重组从而形成一个专利技术覆
盖范围更广、关联更加紧密、结构更加稳定的专利技术组成结构;人工智能领域中应用型技术随时间发展在结构关
系中越来越突出,但基础型专利技术仍是结构关系中的核心;现阶段人工智能领域核心专利技术为初期发展良好
的专利技术,技术生命周期各阶段的专利技术更迭对专利技术的组成结构及结构关系的影响很小。

Abstract: Purpose /significanceFrom the perspective of patent technology composition and association, reveal the compo⁃
sition structure, structural relationship and their changes of patented technologies in the industrial field.
Method /process
Construct a research framework based on social network analysis methods and technology life cycle theory. Taking the field
of artificial intelligence as an example and the Derwent patent database as the data source, extract the IPC sub-category re⁃
lated information that characterizes the patented technology in the obtained patent data, and construct the patent technology
composition and correlation analysis indicators in the industrial field. Combining the technology life cycle in the field of ar⁃
tificial intelligence, analyzes the evolution of patented technologies in the field of artificial intelligence from the perspec⁃
tives of the technical composition, technical relevance, and technological change of patented technologies in the industrial
field.
Result / conclusionPatented technologies in the field of artificial intelligence continue to break through and reorga⁃
nize to form a patented technology composition structure that covers a wider range of patented technologies, is more closely
related, and has a more stable structure; Applied patented technology in the field of artificial intelligence has become more
and more prominent in the structural relationship over time, but Basic patented technology is still the core of the structural
relationship; the core patented technology in the field of artificial intelligence at this stage is a well-developed patented
technology in the early stage. The change of patented technology at each stage of the technology life cycle has little impact
on the composition and structural relationship of patented technology.
