摘要:

2022年是联合国教科文组织“世界记忆项目”创建三十周年（1992—2022年），新一轮《世界记忆名录》及《中国档案文献遗产名录》评选工作重启，文献遗产申遗工作广受关注。“世界意义”（8.3.5 World Significance）是《世界记忆名录》评选的主要标准，但我国对其认识和理解尚不到位，致使其难以有效对标评审要求。基于此，本文运用LDA模型对1997—2017年入选《世界记忆名录》的390份有效申报文本进行“世界意义”部分的主题聚类与定量分析，从中提取出“世界意义”描述的“四个维度”与“五大热点主题”。同时，结合我国对入选遗产世界意义的阐述进行分析，提出中国档案文献遗产申遗的对策建议。

Abstract：

As 2022 marked the 30th anniversary of the creation of the UNESCO Memory of the World Programme (1992-2022), a new round of selection of the Memory of the World Register and the Memory of the World National Register for China was restarted. The inscription of documentary heritage has received much attention. "World Significance" is the main criterion for the selection of the Memory of the World Register (8.3.5). However, the awareness and understanding of this criterion is insufficient in China, resulting in the inability to effectively benchmark the accreditation requirements. Based on this, this paper applies the LDA model to thematic clustering and quantitative analysis of "World Significance" for 390 valid nomination forms submitted to the Memory of the World Register from 1997 to 2017, from which "four dimensions" and "five hot topics" of "World Significance"description are extracted. At the same time, the world significance of China's selected heritage is analyzed and countermeasures for the nomination are proposed.
