With the development of e-government system, the construction of domestic archival digital resources has made great progress, and gradually formed mass information of archival digital resources. The traditional archival management system provides archives data storage, management and other functions, but does not support the mining of massive archival data analysis, can not make full use of archives data to enhance the value of archival management and the public service level. The development of semantic web technology provides a new application research direction for the management and utilization of archives data. This paper will focus on the characteristics of archives data, in-depth analysis of the role of semantic web technology in file data mining analysis, and finally explore the future construction direction and existing problems of file management system. The introduction of semantic web technology into the construction of digital archives will provide effective management tools for the management department, and will also provide better information services for the public.
