摘要: 美国社群档案建设比较具有前瞻性,关注那些一直以来为主流档案机构所忽视或边缘化的群体。本文分析了美国社群数字档案馆建设的历史、政治及技术背景,介绍了美国比较典型的社群数字档案馆的建设情况和主要特点。最后,提出美国社群数字档案馆建设对我国社群档案馆建设的启示：一是理念借鉴,以档案促进社群融合和团结;二是立足本土,建设有中国特色的社群档案;三是共同参与,吸收社会多方力量协作建设;四是注重服务,开展多样化的社群文化教育;五是隐私保护,筛除档案中的个人隐私信息。

Abstract：The construction of American Community Archives is more forward-looking, focusing on those groups which have been neglected or marginalized by the mainstream archives institutions. This paper analyzes the historical, political and technical background of the construction of Community Digital Archives in the United States, and introduces their main features. The construction of American Community Digital Archives has the following Enlightenments to the construction of Chinese Community Archives: Firstly, learning their building concepts to promote community integration and unity through archives; Secondly, establishing Community Archives with Chinese characteristics based on local conditions; Thirdly, absorbing social forces to participate in the construction of Community Archives; Fourthly, paying attention to services and carrying out diversified Community Culture Education; Fifthly, protecting privacy and screening out personal privacy information in archives.
