摘要: 民国档案数转模工作是档案馆一项常规性业务工作,每年有大量民国档案数字信息转换到缩微胶片上进行长期安全保管。但目前民国档案数转模质量还需要人工进行辅助判断,容易产生质量问题和信息安全问题。本文通过分析民国档案数转模工作中遇到的安全问题,提出解决这些问题的应对策略,并对提升民国档案数转模工作质量,确保民国档案信息安全提出建议。
Abstract:As a part of routine work of the archives, COM (Computer Output Microfilm) of archives from the Republic of China involves converting a great number of digital archives from the Republic of China into microfilms every year for long-term safe storage. But at present, the quality of COM of archives from the Republic of China still needs manual assistance to judge, therefore, it is easy to produce quality problems and information security problems. Based on the analysis of the security problems encountered in the work of COM of archives from the Republic of China, this paper puts forward countermeasures to solve these problems, as well as to improve the quality of COM and the information security of archives from the Republic of China.
